Our interview process comprises of the following 3 Evaluations:
Part 1- A Practical Application which is designed in-house, uploaded to a link, and send to “Brand Consultants” in the United States for grading.
Part 2- On the same day, the team managers conduct a technical interview/ assessment to evaluate the capabilities of the individual.
Part 3- Upon passing both Part 1 & Part 2 of the evaluation process, the individual is called on their cell phone as part of a phone interview (final interview) prior to selection. The phone interview lasts 20-30 minutes.
The most critical assessment is the “in-house” practical application which is a scientific assessment created by consultants in the United States. An evaluation metrix allows fair play in grading the assessment, as each point is considered a “point earned”. The following broader categories are assessed:

Professionalism
Evaluator’s Analysis- “High End” Feel.
