DPS offers the solution needed for online businesses to build new tools, services and maintaining communities.

After competing for the project against a number of other high profile web development companies, DPS was successfully awarded the contract to redesign the existing Girls with Goals web site. The result, a scalable, flexible new social networking web site that demonstrated the company's new positioning through contemporary and sophisticated interface design.

In an ongoing business staffing relationship with Girls with Goals, DPS was contracted to completely redevelop the aesthetics and functionality of the web site to align with the new channel branding strategy for a January 1, 2008 launch. Because of the circumstances surrounding the re-launch, DPS had only 30 days to develop all of the new functionality and implement the new design. This strategy was realized with the development of the following new features:

G-Ecommerce
Members can now sell their business products and services via their own customized ecommerce shopping cart storefront.

G-Video Commercials
The new 7 day video commercials provides a comprehensive view of member's product and services advertisements. G- Member Community Members may now join the social network community and network with one another. Members also have the ability to create or join groups, blog, comment on member's products and earn goal points to buy real merchandise.

G-Business Resources and Tools
Members now have the ability to view and download up to date business data and forms to help grow and build their business.

G-Poll
The poll area has now been expanded into continually growing opinions. Members can vote in each poll and leave comments.

G-Message board
Preliminary Member feedback also highlighted the need to create the facilities where members can meet online and discuss anything business related. The message board was a complete success, with over 250 messages posted in the first week.

G-Newsletter
In order to provide customers with more information on upcoming products, services, specials, highlights, competitions and giveaways, a fully functional eNewsletter publishing system was also developed allow members to create, manage and track email campaigns.

To initiate this project, Girls with Goals hired a full time designer and developer to manage the everyday needs for maintaining the social community. The client still utilizes the two Full Time staff members (1.5 years later), but often (almost every month) adds on additional staff for upgrades to her online business. For the summer of 2009, she added on an additional staff member for 3 Full Months.
