| Featured Property - |
The picture uses the MAIN PICTURE that the agent uploads when uploading a property, and will appear in the slideshow once it is checked as a “Featured Property” in the Admin. It will also include any property from the FSBO or MLS Listings that the User designated as being featured (or the MLS does).

| Quick Search - |
A minimized search of the Advanced Search. It will search all Properties, Featured Properties, and For Sale by Owner Houses. The Search fields are: City, State, Minimum & Maximum Price.

| Designations & Affiliations & Vendors I Use - |
Agents will be able to list all “Designations”, “Affiliations”, & “Vendors” on the website. The software allows for the logo of the emblem, a link to the website describing it, & a title to be added on each listing.

| Personalized E-Homes - |
A sign in category for potential buyers to receive email listings of new propertie aligned with their personal needs. Users who sign into this will automatically be able to add topics and messages on the Message Board.

| Agent Photo & Profile - |
Agents can add or edit their profile, image of profile at any time. Their profile will consist of the following: Name (First Name Last Name), Street Address, City, State, Zip
This will also be listed on the “contact us” page.

| Message Board - |
Visitors who click on this will be taken to the Message Board main page with all the topics. If a user wants to add a message, or topic, they will need to register on the “My Profile” page. They will also be asked if they want to sign up for Newsletters and/or the Personalized E-Homes. If they say, “yes” to the “Personalized E-Homes”, it will automatically save the information so far, and route the user to the “Personalized E-Homes” Sign-Up form, which will be auto-filled with all of the information they have provided so far.
