Web Designer
We have a challenging FT position for a creative, detail oriented, experienced, self-motivated, and communication-friendly website designer. We would prefer someone who can work both IST and EST (United States Hours) on a rotational basis.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years design experience with a solid understanding of professional deliveries.
- Should have experience designing websites for at least 10 clients in the United States (please submit designs with resume)
- Excellent comprehension skills (English) and sufficient communication skills (English).
- Strong Technical Foundation in HTML/XHTML, CSS 2.0, Table less coding (i.e. div based websites), Photoshop CS3, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Flash (basic to medium level action scripting), Web 2.0, Javascript (advanced level), Print media, Contemporary font use, W3C validation concepts. Should be able to design both Liquid and Fixed, and Semi Liquid/Fixed resolution screen designs.
- Ability to test site for uniformity.
Job Duties:
- Create & maintain all website projects within company network in collaboration with Brand Consultants in the United States.
- Create framework for web-based tools (for both internal & external use).
Please note that there will be an in-house practical application & interview process prior to selection.
