Manages DPS’ largest team; the “Data Conversions Team”, which caters to clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. He is responsible for the total operations at this facility, the “Sonodyne House”, a four story building, within walking distance from our headquarters.
Summary of Expertise:
- Manages operations at the largest BPO facility in DPS for over 10 years.
- Prior to his experience in DPS, he was a systems administrator at Voltas Limited.
- Bachelors in Commerce from the reputable Calcutta University, where he graduated with Honors.
- Completed his Post Graduate Certificate Program in Management (PGCPM) from the Indian Institute of Management in 2005.
