	my house has pretty much been sold thru the short sale process. i have yet to find a house to move to (rent). my realtor says that when the contract closes that im suppose to move it out quicky that i dont even get a 30 day notice at least? what isyour opinions experience with all this? thanks

	If it is your home that is being sold you will need to be out when escrow closes. If you are currently "Renting" this home, I would recommend contacting a real estate attorney and discuss you lease agreement with him/her.
