	I have a question, we're on the process of buying a home, we were told that the offer has been accepted and the contract is on its way - the place was off the redfin for two day now and today, we we're told that the house has received another offer - i saw today that the house was Active again on MLS. Is this possible? we're really upset but we don't have a clue on how to work on this. please help. we really want to move because we really need the space. i know it's all about the money but will someone out there help us find a house that we could stay. there's six of us living in a backyard with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom - no living room. please help. we we're pre-approved for 360,000 and have extra 400,000. we want to live near santa clara as possible. 95133, 95132, 95131.

	Redfin is a site that grabs it's information off of the local MLS. If you don't have a local Broker representing you you should! Nothing is done until it's signed and you have a copy/receipt. Not sure if that helps but there are some less-than-ethical agents out there and if you're swimming on your own you're a likely target to get screwed.
